• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled ride may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of pickup time may be charged in full.
• Wait time beyond the included grace period (15 minutes for standard pickups, 30 minutes for airport pickups) may incur additional fees.
